These are rules for customers of IDESS-International

General business conditions

  1. The agreement is valid after the order has been signed by a customer and IDESS.
  1. For all changes on the webpage the IDESS International will charge a fee of $30 for each hour of work. 5 small changes are free each month.
  1. All prices including all taxes.
  1. The IDESS International has a right to change prices having warned its customers 8 weeks in advance.
  1. The customer is obliged to pay all bills within 14 days. If the customer fails to pay within 14 days, the webpages will be taken away from the internet by IDESS International.
  1. The agreement is valid always for 1 month and will continue for three month if costumer do not cancel the aggreement. The customer or IDESS International can stop the agreement after notice to the other party 2 weeks in advance.
  1. In case the aggreement is canceled IDESS international will not block the domain. After the payment for the registration time which is left IDESS international will retreat from their rights on the domain.
  1. Having received programs from IDESS International, the customer becomes an owner of the programs for the time of validity of the agreement. After the agreement has been terminated, the customer loses a permission to use these programs and must return them. This includes also all backups and copies.
  1. The content, purposes and the design of the customer's webpages must meet requirements of current laws and regulations. Should the laws and regulations be violated, IDESS International has a right to cancel the agreement and to take away the webpages from the internet. IDESS International carries out no inspections of the webpages. In case of violating cureent laws and regulations, the customer is responsible for the violations. The customer has to compensate IDESS any direct or indirect harm.
  1. IDESS International does not provide any guarantee for correct presentation of the customer's webpages. IDESS Interntional is responsible only for damages which are due to negligent work and intentional harm on behalf of IDESS.
  1. The agreement, its supplements and termination must be performed in a written form.
